Engineering & Technical Consultancy
BAUS Engineers reviews project data and constraints and develops the agreed technical designs. The engagement may include technical assessment, structural or building systems design, and interdisciplinary coordination.
Architecture & Interior Design
MOVA develops spatial layouts, material choices and design details in coordination with technical requirements and the budget.
Construction & Project Management
Services include site coordination, budget and programme monitoring, and oversight of design implementation. The contractor, works and responsibilities are defined in the project proposal and contract.
Refurbishment & Adaptive Reuse
BAUS RE:FORM organises refurbishment and upgrade works based on the property’s condition, intended use and constraints, coordinating the necessary design work.
Real Estate Brokerage & Advisory
BAUS Property supports residential and commercial clients in Athens, Thessaloniki and London. It helps establish criteria, compare options, organise viewings and coordinate negotiations. Technical advice and refurbishment are separate engagements.
Environmental Applications
BAUS Environmental reviews network, pumping station and treatment facility data. It assesses programmes targeting fats, odours, hydrogen sulphide and organic sludge, with controlled dosing and agreed evaluation criteria.
